Dust Control Technology announced 180 degree oscillation option for dust suppression equipment

DUST Control Technology (DCT) has released a 180 degree oscillation option on its two largest dust suppression equipment designs, effectively quadrupling the coverage area of each machine.

According to DCT, with the oscillation breakthrough it is now able to deliver effective particle control over more than 80,000 square feet of area from a single location with its flagship model, the DustBoss DB-60. To enable users to cover nearly two full acres with a powerful dust-trapping mist.

The company says the new option means customers can suppress dust and odour particles over a far greater area without having to move the equipment, raising their cost-effectiveness even further and reduces the number of machines needed for a given job.

DCT engineers are said to have incorporated a centre water feed for the expanded oscillation option, to accommodate the increased range of motion.  They also installed a larger motor on the DustBoss DB-60 and DB-45 to handle the additional work.

The machines will have four different settings, and users can select from 45, 90, 135 or 180 degree options to suit the specific job requirements on any given day.

Dust Control Technology says any of the DustBoss designs can be ordered with a dosing pump to add surfactants for superior particle attraction or additives for odour control. The models can also be equipped with a supplemental filter system permitting the use of non-potable water sources.
