NEW Holland Construction says investing in new equipment has never made more sense, with its $1,000 Visa card offer for all new equipment purchased before 30 November.
Queensland based Clarke’s Contracting says its latest acquisition of a LB110B backhoe came about following a rise in the level of construction work locally. The unit will be used on a range of new construction sites.
The Queensland contractors say when it acquired the backhoe it also purchased a range of attachments such as a chain trencher and a borer for digging holes. The $1,000 Visa bonus allows it to plan for more attachments, so to expand its business opportunities.
The Federal Government’s Small Business Tax Break, with up to 50% rebates available on all new equipment is said to have further sweetened the deal. With all the available work and extra incentives, Clarke’s Contracting found no reason not to invest in new equipment.
New Holland says the Visa offer is available for all purchases of existing new equipment made prior to 30 November. The offer has been running since the start of October and has proven popular, particularly coupled with the current government incentives.
